NASA releases GoPro space walk footage

Ever wonder what it’s like to take a stroll outside of the International Space Station? Well, thanks to NASA, you can now experience a space walk firsthand.

Back in February and March, astronauts Barry “Butch” Wilmore and Terry Virts brought GoPro cameras with them on space walks to reconfigure the space station. They captured some pretty breathtaking footage, which NASA uploaded to YouTube.

Here’s hoping NASA releases more space walk footage soon, because it’s the closest most of us will come to getting to space.
